The program provides individualized instruction using one-to-one tutoring; ongoing evaluation of learning objectives and life-long learning goals, learning needs assessment and individualized curriculum focusing on improving ALBE (Adult Literacy and Basic Education) English levels. The learners are partners in deciding on topics covered, quizzes, exams, assignments and other learning activities, based on their needs and goals.

By working on an individualized plan using one-to-one tutoring, learners gain confidence and competency, which helps them be contributing community members and life-long learners who experience success and fulfillment in life.
