I never done it before, but I'll give it a chance.
I'll just leave my wondering thoughts out like thinking about the weekend or my problems.

I think some of the self-talk shouldn't be put down, like the swearing.

I don't think we need the screen because I need to feel more comfortable speaking in front of people. Oh well! I'll just play along because some of the students are shy.
