Tips for Level 5

• At this level, organize a “Career Fair” as the finale for “Career in a Can”
• Assign learners with a career that they must research in order to answer fellow learners’ questions
• Assist learners to develop signs or other “promotional” material
• If possible, invite other learners in your facility to “tour” the fair
• Learners should formally present information researched on a given trade or profession
