1. Once participants have a thorough understanding of how they actually spend their time, have participants draw another calendar week below the previous one and redo this exercise. Participants will use the second calendar to record the amount of time they would like to spend on certain activities as opposed to the time they actually spent.
  2. For a period of one week, have participants attempt to consciously put more time into the areas that they would like to. At the end of that week, ask for participants’ input on the exercise.
