Introductory Skills Training
for the apparel
industry
An eight-week training program
for people who want to work in
the
apparel industry.
- No sewing skills required.
- Training includes personal
skills, industry skills and
job skills.
- It begins on Thursday, September 10, 1998.
- After the training you can either begin work in the
apparel
industry or enter a sewing skills training
program.
To be eligible for this program, you must:
- be on or eligible for social assistance
- be willing and able to start work at 7:30 a.m.
- attend an information session on Monday, August
31 and take a dexterity test
