Pain at Work

Use these steps to think about your pain.

Body parts
  1. Think about how you feel right now.
  2. Look at the drawings of the person.
  3. Use a pencil to colour the places on the drawings where you feel pain.

This is a scale:
0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10

It will help you measure the amount of pain you feel.

Example:

The scale shows a pain of level 2 on a scale from 1 to 10.

This means that the person has a little pain, but the pain is not bad.
