Instructors can:
- review the question, "How do you spell ?"
- ask learners, "How do you spell ?" Learners
respond by spelling the words.
- say a word and ask learners to point to it.
- write the words on this page on separate pieces of
paper. Show learners a word and ask them to point
to the same word on their page.
Learners can:
- fill in the blanks with the correct letter.
- work in pairs. Fold the paper so one learner has the
completed word and the other has the words with
blanks. The learner with the picture and the complete
words says the name of the fruit. The other
learner asks, "How do you spell that?" The learner
with the completed words spells the word as the
other learner fills in the blanks.
- after filling in the blanks, learners can cut up the
page and match the words with the pictures.
