Instructors can:

to the full word on the calendar.
- dictate the numbers and ask learners to write
them in the boxes.
- say a number and ask learners to say the day (after
the numbers are filled in).
- point to a day and ask learners to read it.
- white out some days and ask learners to fill them in.
Learners can:
- trace the numbers on the calendar.
- match a set of number cards with the numbers on
the calendar.
- work in pairs. One learner says a date and the
other learner circles it.
- read the days as the instructor points to them.
