The Tool Bar Icons are shortcuts to functions that are listed on the Menu bar. Instead of clicking on one of the words on the menu bar and then locating it, for example, if you click on edit, you will find cut, cut is also shown as a shortcut on the tool bar as a pair of scissors. If you want to know what each feature on the tool bar does, glide the mouse over the picture and a pop up information box will appear telling you what that feature does. Most programs will set up the tool bar with what they feel is the most commonly used commands for that program. If you discover that you use a different feature often and what to add it to the tool bar for easier access, just follow these easy steps to customize your toolbar: To add a button to the tool bar
To remove a button from the tool bar To remove a button from the tool bar is done the same way it is done to add a button to the tool bar.
