The Gift of Self-Esteem
This popular and powerful television series is
now available in VHS format. Although the
series was developed for First Nations communities, the content is applicable
to all
communities. The narrator, a Cree woman, discusses techniques and strategies
for
achieving balance in life and improving self-esteem. Adult literacy students
and educators
can use the videos as a springboard for discussion about self-esteem. A
facilitator's guide
