Columns

We usually see columns in the newspaper. You need many words to make columns.

How do I make columns?

1. Select the words you want to put in columns.
2. Click Format.
3. Click Columns.
4. Find Number of columns.
5. Click to change the number of columns.
6. Click OK.

1. Select the words you want to put in columns. You need a full page of words to make columns
2. Click .
3. You can make five columns.
   • To make two columns, click 2 Columns.
     
   • To make three columns, click 3 Columns.
   • To make four columns, click 4 Columns.
   • To make five columns, click 5 Columns
