You can print addresses directly on the envelope.

How do I print an address on an envelope?

1. Click Format.
2. Click Envelope.
3. You see this:
   
   
   
4. Find the words Return addresses.
5. Type your name and address under From:
6. Find the words Mailing Addresses.
7. Type the name and address of the person you are sending the letter to.
8. Put an envelope in the printer.
