The Literacy Development Council offers memberships to all literacy stakeholders. A stakeholder includes any group, organization, agency, or individual who supports the mandate of Council, to promote and advance a more literate society for Newfoundland and Labrador. The cost of a stakeholder membership is $10 a year or $25 for three years. Current stakeholder members include: Laubach Literacy of Canada, The Employment Preparation Centre, Skills for Success, Newfoundland and Labrador Home and School Association, Central-Eastern Literacy Outreach Office, Burin Peninsula Laubach Literacy Council, CBS Literacy Council, R.E.A.D.Y. Centre, Centreville Academy, Humber Literacy Council, Extension Community Development Cooperative, Sandra Baggs, Town of Fleur de Lys, Community Services Council, St. Francis of Assisi School, Logy Bay.
