Of the 19 nonregistrants 14 were men and 5 were women. Eleven
had placed in BASD and 8 in ABE Introductory English. Nine of the people were
under 30 years old; 8 were between 30 and 45 years old; one was 61 years old,
and no age was given for the other nonregistrant. The psychotic person was a
man whose mother answered the phone and said they were told that the college
did not have the facilities to handle him. |
