If so, please specify what these are. | The program was designed to provide graduating high school youth who could not afford to pursue secondary education after high school with the opportunity to work for one-year, receive career development training and receive a $3000 educational bursary so they continue their education. |

Please describe the main features of the program, focusing in particular on those aspects that are particularly innovative, effective or promising. | Youth who successfully complete their work experience (minimum 1450 hours) and enrol in a post-secondary institution will receive a $3000.00 bursary in addition to their salaries. |

Which groups of stakeholders are involved? | Schools – MB4Youth contacts schools with information and application forms on program, school counsellors choose candidates, collect and forward application forms to MB4Youth . Private and government employers – most allow students to go to training workshops through out the students work period. |
