8. Overview of Program Please give a brief description of the initiative, in one or two sentences. This 21-week program will provide 48 at-risk youth, ages 15 to 30, the opportunity to learn employability skills and to experience trades-related occupations in both workshop & classroom settings, and also through work experience. There is a program intake every 10 weeks and 16 people are chosen from an average of 50 to 60 candidates.
