18. Key Results or Outcomes What have been the main achievements or outcomes of this program to date? 80 per cent of the 16 people who go through the program end up with jobs and 60 per cent go straight into apprenticeships. 48 participants per year (3 rounds of 16 per year)
19. Difficulties or Barriers What difficulties or barriers to success have been experienced by this program, if any? Increased multi-barriered participants due to a shrinking unemployment rate in BC.
