CFER employs a Collective Task teaching concept whereby a group of teachers are responsible for a group of students’ entire training process, both in class and in the workplace.

From 2007-2008, CFER will work on developing a new course on work preparation training.

The number of students who complete the program and find work.

17. Monitoring and Evaluation Mechanisms; Reporting What arrangements are there, if any, for the monitoring and evaluation of this program and for reporting on the results? Research Chair Normand-Maurice at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivière researches and evaluated the program.

85 % of the pupils complete their training and head for job market.

Yearly, 50 000 persons attend the presentations (called caravans) on sustainable development presented by CFER students.
