All information which is considered confidential will be identified as such. Board members are expected to file and store confidential information with utmost concern for confidentiality.
All board members are expected to sign the “Pledge of Confidentiality”, agreeing to respect the privacy of other board members and to maintain the confidentiality of privileged information about learners, volunteers or staff.
