Family literacy work occurs in many places across Greater Victoria.
This directory includes programs and resources that combine opportunities for parents/guardians and children to learn together as well as opportunities for adults to support their child's early literacy development.
Organizations offering direct programs and services are included in the Programs section and listed in alphabetical order. In the Additional Resources section we have included groups that provide program funding support or deliver a variety of literacy programs for children, youth and adults.
Information about organizations and programs was collected over several months in 2005 and 2006. As you explore the options available, please make sure you contact each organization to obtain the most current program details and information.
