Performance of Canadians

A significant portion of Canadians are at the two lowest levels in three important essential skill areas.

Canadian Workforce Distribution by Level:

• 23% of Candians are at Level 1, the lowest level of essential skills.
• 25% are at Level 2.
• 32% are at Level 3.
• 20% are at Level 4/5.
