Summary of ALDS application
The screening tool was administered in a quiet room with two other students. An
explanation of the tool and the process to complete the tool was given. The practitioner
stayed in the room to be available for assistance if needed. The interview questions were
asked individually in a private room.

disability is possible and further testing is recommended.
