protesting the P3 program for new school construction.

Since Bills 104 and 160 were introduced in Ontario, some parents have
been less than satisfied with the idea of school councils. It is felt
that they do not reflect the reality of the parents' lives. It is noted
that parents want accountability in the educational system but many
feel that they are too busy to participate in a meaningful way. Anne
