similar to a prison? One can infer from the text that we are looking for a
place where people are confined and that it has to be an
institution. Synonymous matches for prison spring to mind:
stockade, reformatory, jail, remand centre. No other institution seems to fit
the description and one wonders what the form designer was thinking about when
he or she added the phrase or similar institution.
