Introduction
Happy New Year!
It has now been over one month since Pam facilitated the Positive Strategies for
Managing Change workshop at the Country View Golf Course.
As part of TCLN's commitment to ensuring that our educational programmes are as
effective as possible, we are asking participants from that workshop to complete this
five-minute survey.
Instructions
- Please complete each of the following questions to the
best of your ability. If you are completing the electronic
version of the survey, please use an "X" in the
appropriate boxes for questions 1 through 6.
- Once you have answered all eight (8) questions, please
fax your survey back to MiS Communications at the toll-free
number provided at the end of the survey.
