Volunteen Advisory Council members met at Literacy Partners of Manitoba on several Saturday mornings in the spring of 2000 to discuss and develop various pieces of a new volunteer management probrram, with specific emphasis on youtlh volunteers. This photograph was taken in April during National Volunteer week. Council members received journals as thank you gifts.
