What still needs to be done?

• safety issues for the women at Beat the Street
• respect for all the people who come to Beat the Street, especially women
• more education around these issues, especially policies around sexual harassment and sexual assault
• more activities for women
• more services for women, like self-defense, being able to feel comfortable coming to the centre
• more female staff to understand the problems that are often not understood by male staff
