NOVA SCOTIA Dalhousie to host mini-courses on Charter of Rights, July 9-13, 1984 The Canadian Charter of Rights and the American Constitutional Experience is the subject of a mini-course to be offered at Dalhousie University the week of July 9 to 13. Law experts from both countries will explore the relevance of American judicial decision to the resolution of Canadian Charter questions. This course will be of interest to law practitioners, public servants, academics, students and community groups with a special concern in the Charter of Rights.
