International Council for Adult Education An award of $2,000 annually is offered to one or more people who have made a significant contribution to adult education at the local or national level. Female and male practitioners of any age, nationality, religion or race are eligible. Applications can be made in English, French, Spanish, or Arabic and must be submitted by August 15, 1991. Forms are available from ICAE at 720 Bathurst Street, Suite 500, Toronto, Ont., M5S 2R4, Fax (416) 588-5725, or from regional associations.
