In this kind of search you request that the phrase be in the title of the web pages found as title:“animal rights issues”. However, although it is effective, not all search engines support it.
When using the plus sign, it stands for ‘and’ while the minus stands for ‘and not’. For instance, you might try +animal –human rights issues. The plus or minus must be next to the keyword without a space. This means you want just pages related to animal and not human rights issues.
