Program Personnel
There can be as many as five categories of key personnel involved in
the delivery of LBS in the college setting.
They are:
- Administrators/Program Managers/Program Co-ordinators
- Administrative Support Staff
- Teaching Staff
- Program Advisors
- Site Co-ordinators
Support staff and teachers make up the core. Their number and specific
responsibilities vary from college to college. Larger programs, for example,
are more likely to have program advisors (academic advisors or counsellors).
The following chart provides a quick overview of some of the key roles
and responsibilities of the people you will be working with.
