TASK:
Find out about the enrolment stats of your program, e.g., gender, age, LBS levels, student goals and source of income. Ask your trainer if the program demographics have changed over the past few years and what challenges this may have presented to the program. Discuss the implications for teaching and the kinds of supports different groups of students might need. Getting the Learner's Perspective Statistics don't tell the real story. Every student who enrols in the college LBS or OBS program has a unique story to tell.
