STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS
- Discuss with your tutors some of the guidelines from the General Instructions to Tutors handout. Explain that these guidelines help to promote positive learning experiences.
- Discuss with tutors the handout Helping Learning Happen.
- Have your tutors brainstorm some qualities they think would be important for tutors to have based on the previous handouts. List these qualities on the flip chart. Give them the handout Qualities Developed by Good Tutors and compare that list to theirs.
