arrow Taking responsibility means never blaming anyone else for anything you are being, doing, having, feeling.

arrow Taking responsibility means not blaming yourself Anything that takes away your power or pleasure makes you a victim.

arrow Taking responsibility means being aware of where and when you are NOT taking responsibility so that you CAN change, i.e., what am I not doing in my life that I could be doing that I'm blaming others for not doing?

arrow Taking responsibility means handling the chatterbox. It's the voice of negativity.

arrow Taking responsibility means being aware of payoffs that keep you stuck.

arrow Taking responsibility means figuring out what you want in life and acting on it.

arrow Taking responsibility means being aware of the multitude of choices there are in any given situation. Every moment of the day you are choosing how your feel, i.e., are you happy or sad?
