RIGHTS OF ALL PERSONS

I have the right:

hand To alone time - to spend some time on my own, to be by myself even when I fell pressured to do something with others.

hand To be independent - to maintain my own individuality in life.

hand To say no without feeling guilty or self-centered - even when others say or think it is wrong or selfish.

hand To ask for what I want - and to respect the answer

hand To make mistakes and be responsible for the outcomes; the right to be less than perfect.

hand To be listened to and heard - not necessarily be agreed with, but to have a particular point of view.

hand To choose how I behave passive, assertive or aggressive.

hand To the ownership of my own feelings - regardless of how appropriate or "correct" others judge them.

hand To be successful - to measure this by my own standards, even when others may not do as well or when others do better.
