Pretzels
Children love moulding and shaping dough, especially when they get to eat the results. Pretzel dough is sturdy enough that it can be played with quite a bit without becoming tough. | ![]() |
You will need:
1 tbsp sugar
1 ½ cups hot tap water
1 pkg (1tbsp) yeast
4 cups flour
1 egg
1 tbsp salt (coarse or sea salt works well, but normal salt is also fine)
