Opinions should not be the only source of information used to make decisions. Combined with other facts they do serve a role in making decisions. Opinions are also useful because they allow us to discover another person’s beliefs and experiences. Predictions about future events are always opinions. Several factors should be considered when evaluating the usefulness of an opinion.
