Introduction to Trevor’s story

I have known Trevor Woytko since 1997. He entered the SARAW program with the desire to write a book about accessibility issues in Vancouver and the lower mainland. He accomplished this and more. As a result of his writing practice and focused work in the program, Trevor was able to graduate into the Adult Basic Education program at Capilano College. He is currently taking English classes at the Grade 10 level and plans to get his grade twelve equivalency. Trevor has created his own website freedomseekerbc.tripod.com and encourages everyone he meets to visit his site and give him feedback. We believe that Trevor will reach his goal no matter how long it may take him.
