You work overtime when you work more than forty (40) hours.
Your employer must pay you for hours worked overtime.

Some workers do not get paid overtime because they do not
work a regular week. These include:

• workers who work outside the employer’s workplace
  where the employer does not control the work hours;
• farm workers;
• workers who look after someone in their home.
