During a heavy fog the steamship Castine struck a rock and broke in two. All of the 75 passengers were thrown into the sea. In the panic which followed two of the passengers were drowned. Sinus infections are common among both children and adults. After the infection has become firmly established, the victim is in for a lifelong struggle.
