What arrangements are there, if any, for the monitoring and evaluation of this program and for reporting on the results? | Have not implemented this yet |

Key Results or Outcomes | What have been the main achievements or outcomes of this program to date? | 49 employers and 2000 students/alumni took part in the pilot which was above the anticipated projections for participations. 66% of the employers were from Atlantic Canada most were small employers who have difficulty reaching out to this population of youth. (anticipated)
