Recommendation 15: Seek out new ways to recruit families, young parents, individuals at risk, fathers and
recent immigrants.

Recommendation 16: Provide a family literacy program for parents who need "refrancisation" (i.e., people
who used to speak French and who for various reasons do not speak it fluently anymore and wish to
recover it).

Recommendation 17: Aim to integrate elements that increase awareness of the French reality and that
deal with questions of identity in program models that do not yet address these issues.

Recommendation 18: Maintain pressure on government bodies to obtain adequate and recurrent funding.
