reporting purposes?

The OLC publication, Designing Down, Assessing Up, is an excellent
resource that explores a number of areas related to goal-setting. Areas
include what kinds of goal-setting information need to be recorded on
training plans and how goals can be analyzed to identify the tasks and
skills the learner must perform to be successful. Check to see if your
program has a copy.
