- Emphasize legibility. Others must read this.

For example:
- The worker is expected to give a detailed description of the
work done in the day. This would be short and concise.
- There is also space to list the topics discussed at the tailgate
meeting. Point form would work best.
- Students often need help to know what to write and how to write
it.
