How Will You Use What You Have Learned?

• I will use this information in our pre-trades and tourism programs.
• Our province will be able to access these useful tools and skills and not need to reinvent the wheel.
• I hope to be able to have an impact on the internal culture of my college
• Develop a plan to facilitate integration of WES into appropriate programs.
• Integrate WES into our GED program that we are in the process of implementing for union members and their families.
• I hope to be able to find time to offer P.D. sessions, using MB resource people if possible, for the teachers at my Adult Learning Centre.
• I will explore ways to integrate WES into our existing curriculum.
• Material will be easily adapted to our training facility.
• Spread the word. Inform other staff.
• I will directly apply this to my classroom.
• I will think of ways to incorporate WES into curriculum and put forward to secondary schools.
• Share it with the “powers that be”, other team leaders and instructors and encourage them to incorporate WES into curriculum.
