All actions taken or public statements made on behalf of the agency must be authorized by the board of directors.

Use of the agency’s name in affiliation with political or religious activities is not permitted unless approved by the board of directors.

The Executive Director has full authority to represent the agency on behalf of the board of directors. All other staff or volunteers must obtain permission from the Executive Director to make public statements.

All paid staff and volunteers will indicate their position and status if asked to make public statements representing the organization.
