Divide into 2 groups. Ask one group to identify what they think employers want in a new hire and the other to identify what they want in an employer. Ask them to record their responses on a flip chart and post on the wall. |

Each group presents their responses. As a large group, identify the similarities and differences between the two sides. Ideally, there are more similarities than differences. If they are very different, why is that? Employer or Employee expectations? Debrief with the Employer expectations clock and translate from the employee point of view. |
