Sally McBeth, B.A.
(Hons.), joined the Toronto East End Literacy Project in 1984 after working in
community journalism and human resources. Since 1995, she has managed Clear
Language and Design (CLAD), a revenue-generating division of East End Literacy.
CLAD draws its clients from labour, government, business, and community groups.
She is a senior member of the Society for Technical Communication, and is also
active in the Editors' Association of Canada and PLAIN. She co-chaired the
PLAIN 2002 international conference with Michelle Black. |
