• Get people who are good and like writing up at every possible demonstration we would need

When will it be done?

• On going

Who can help me with this?

• People whose only job would be to do demonstrations
• They should be literacy instructors

What was the result?

• We would have a lot of good resources at our fingertips

• Computer — online, use experiences
• Simplify forms for assessment and demonstrations

When will it be done?

• Create our own kinds of resources

Who can help me with this?

• Have local staff meeting where staff can share what material they use
• Buy Barrie Literacy binders
