- City of Montreal – Anjou; the respondent indicated that a confidential needs assessment would have to be conducted in the workplace by an external partner. For the community, she indicated that literacy organizations and school boards offer the basic skills (reading and writing). She also indicated that the municipalities in and around Montreal already offer basic computer workshops for the community.

One respondent indicated that it would partner with a local literacy deliverer; three indicated they would partner with school boards, and another indicated it would join with a college, school board or CLSC. One respondent mentioned the potential use of employee assistance programs in the workplace and literacy deliverers in the community.
